Communication of Safety Concerns

May 2, 2007

Brothers and Sisters,

Attached you find a series of e-mails between myself and company officer Jim Kienzler. There is also an e-mail that he sent to TCRC MWED members on H&S committees. He states that he sent this to our membership by mistake and has asked that I re-distribute his acknowledgement of this.

The long and short of this is that he says he was "cautioning" his staff and not TCRC MWED members, once I questioned him on it.

Do not allow anyone in the company to intimidate you into keeping quiet about safety concerns. Any and all safety concerns must be addressed, with nothing hidden. If you have been threatened in any way, shape or form, contact me and I will deal with it. You have my word, you are protected. Retaliation against 'whistleblowing' is a crime and we will insure that it is treated as such.

Stay safe, stay strong, stay united.

Bill Brehl
President
TCRC MWED`
