Conditional Bulletins

At the recent lodge 211 meeting, it was brought up that the senior members were not always having conditional bulletins put out for their positions, prior to junior members. They also brought up the point that the company is not keeping people aware that there are packages out there, and sometimes actually denying that there are packages when, in fact, there are some available. These are valid points and concerns, and we want to make sure that every senior member who wants a package, is first to get one if there are any available.

If you are eligible for a package and you want one, ask for it. Call your Director and let them know. Do this as soon as you know that you want it and/or are eligible.

Your Director will arrange to have a conditional bulletin set up if there is a package available. Remember, that if you don't ask, a junior employee may put up their hand and they will get the conditional bulletin first. So if you want one, as I said before, ask for it.
