ES Status Members

We also have a contentious battle raging over the forcing of our ES status members into another bargaining unit. We are of the opinion that if an ES status member is employed outside the company, then he/she can only be forced back to a permanent posiiton within the TCRC MWED. The company however, thinks that it can force our people wherever they want, on their BST, if they claim that it is a permanent position.

Once again we are headed for CROA on this, and I hate to sound like a broken record, but again the company claims that the former Union supported their position. They have directed us to some documentation to that effect which we are currently having our legal people review and advise us on.
