Flagpeople in the Ledcor Project

Also, there is going to be a great need for flagpeople this season. If you recall the Ledcor project, you will realize that this will probably deplete the section forces to a dangerous level.

The company was unresponsive to addressing this potential issue when I brought it up to them a few weeks ago, so please insure that all flagging positions are properly bulletinned, and if they are not, insure that they are grieved. We have been awarded quite a bit of compensation on the Ledcor grievances (with much more to come) and since they want to go that route again, let's oblige them.
