Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Joint Council 91 pledges their support and it is welcome. Regardless of the outcome of this round, the support of our fellow Teamsters and the longshoremen has been amazing.

Mr. Bill Brehl
President
TCRC MWED
Dear Sir and Brother,

We have been informed that there is a possibility of a strike involving the maintenance of ways employees working at C.P. RAIL.

This subject was discussed at our last Joint Council meeting held Tuesday, April 10th 2007 and all Teamsters Locals in the Province of Quebec want you and you members to know that they will fully support your action and that they pledge to assist you within their capacities should you need them.

Hoping that this strike can be avoided through successful negotiations for your members, we remain.

Fraternally yours,

Alain De Grandpré
President
