Ratification Letter - Will be mailed by or before June 18th

Brothers and Sisters,

Attached is the ratification letter that will be sent to the homes of all TCRC MWED members at CPRail (the strike fund ballot will be sent to all other TCRC MWED members separately).

When you receive it, please mark the ballot(s) accordingly and mail back immediately. As stated in the letter, to save costs and time we are not sending the whole Memorandum out but have already posted it on the website, along with the company's previous final offer of March 23rd for comparison.

I would ask that everyone assist those without internet access, by printing and posting the documents everywhere possible.
