Right to Refuse

Brothers and Sisters,

The attached is a case that Michael Church won for the TCRC (running trades) concerning "Right to Refuse".

It is an important win as it could pertain to a lot of our crews that are transported on the highways to the worksites and back.

The second attachment is a point form explanation of the case by Mr. Church and the first one is the actual decision.

Safety is all of our concern and we must stay focused on that.
