All of our members on CPRail will be pleased to hear that the Collective Agreements were finally delivered to our Ottawa office yesterday. They are presently being addressed so that they can be shipped to your homes and should be in the mail no later than Tuesday, March 28.
I realize that you have been waiting over 6 months from the day they were supposed to have been supplied by the company and we have argued and pushed them constantly to get them out. As all we have heard are excuses and not apologies, I will offer you an apology for not being able to get the company to live up to their agreed upon deadline.
If you do not recieve your copy in the mail by April 12th, 2006, please call our Ottawa office at 1 800 567 0571, provide us with your proper address and we will send you another copy.
Remember, the Collective Agreement was edited and re-written so the numbering has changed. Also, it was not the intent to change any wording that applies, but errors do occur, so if you find any mistakes please let us know and we will correct them on the next printing.
