Attached is one of the best papers on Bill C-45 ( document) that I've seen. It was compiled by L. McGrady QC and S. Deepak, two of the attorneys at McGrady, Baugh and Whyte.

This is important legislation that all workers must be made aware of, not just H&S committee members.
