Business as normal? You be the judge

Well, right after CP made the press release stating that things were "normal" at Obico and Vaughan terminals, and that truckers were not being affected, I just had to whip out the camera and snap some photographs that state quite the opposite. We are always talking to the truckers we have stopped entering and exiting the compound at Vaughan, and some guys were waiting to get in at 3 a.m., and waiting to get out at 8:00-9:00 a.m. So, does a 5-6 hour wait MINIMUM, compared to the normal turn around time of 10-15 minutes mean business as normal and no delays to truckers ???

Let the pictures decide. All pictures were taken this afternoon by myself, feel free to distribute accordingly.
