Folks,

Not a truck has gone in or out of VIF (Vancouver Intermodal Facility) Wednesday morning. One Non-Union driver ran the line early a.m. Wednesday. And that was it. The containers are stacking up to the sky and the forklifts are running out of diesel. They are siphoning from units to keep them going. We understand that trains are being yarded all the way to Kamloops due to congestion.
